Leah Santa Cruz is an experienced Meditation Teacher (E-RYT 500) with a background in neuroscience, psychology, and business. After working a decade in the tech industry, she turned to meditation to heal from burnout and anxiety—and has since dedicated her life to sharing its benefits.

Today, she serves as Head of Meditation and Coach on the award-winning Balance Meditation App, where her practices have supported millions worldwide. Her warm, compassionate, and accessible style makes meditation approachable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
