Yoga Alliance Certification

This is a 150-hour Yoga Alliance–certified Meditation Teacher Training

  • All hours count toward a 300-hour advanced certification

  • Requirements: final exam, attendance (90%+), practicum teaching, and participation

If you’ve already completed a 200-hour YTT, this can be part of your 300-hour advanced training. If not, it still fully certifies you as a Meditation Teacher recognized by studios and organizations worldwide.
